NOTE:
The Apache minor native "Raiders" technology states that damage will be increased by 2.00 after researched.  Once researched, the Apache cavalry does 2.5 damage instead of 1.5.  The unit does 0.5 damage to villagers before the technology (a 50% penalty).  After researching, the value should increase to a multiplier of 1.5 (+200%) but instead increases to 250%.
